The agency
An agency, not a middleman.
ChatScale runs the messaging on creator accounts from 10k to 350k fans. Over a hundred chatters, all remote, with every hour of the day covered. The creators make the content. We make sure every fan who writes in gets an answer that sells.
Everything you need to do the job is provided: the scripts, the tooling, six paid training days and a Team Lead who reads your conversations every week. The one thing we can't provide is the persuasion. That part is you.

Morning fills first. Night is US prime time on the accounts and has the most space. A shift can move if there is room in the one you want.

Getting hired
How long does the whole application process take?
After the interview you’re basically done — everything left is training, and you set the pace.
- Shadowing. You watch our best performers work live and see exactly how they sell.
- Training accounts. You practise on very small accounts where mistakes are absolutely fine.
- Test shift. When you feel ready you request it: 8 hours on an account without a live supervisor.
- You’re in. Pass the test shift and you’re officially part of the team.
How long it takes is very individual. People with previous agency experience can finish everything in a single day. If you’re a beginner and it takes 1–2 weeks, that’s completely fine too.
After the learning phase, do I have to sign a contract or give you my IBAN?
Yes. We have a proper onboarding process and it includes signing a contract. That contract exists so you are secured — your commission, your payout date and your terms are in writing. Your payout details are only needed at that point, once you’re actually starting work.
Am I going to start on big accounts straight away?
You get accounts that match your skill set. Ours range from 10k to 350k in size. If we can see you’re already extremely skilled — for example because you’ve worked at other agencies before — we don’t just shorten your application process, you’ll also get great accounts right from the start.

How does your sales system work?
It puts your time where the money actually is. Most agencies expect you to message everyone, so you spend hours on fans who were never going to spend and finish a long shift with disappointing earnings. We build around the 80/20 rule instead: our system helps you spot the high-value fans fast, so your shift goes into conversations that actually close.

Experienced chatters usually get it immediately — it removes the single biggest inefficiency in traditional chatting.
Am I allowed to use oaths, inner circle and other sales techniques?
Absolutely. We don’t just allow them — we actively encourage them. And if oaths, the inner circle or other advanced methods are new to you, no problem: it’s all covered in training and you get coached on how to actually use them on real accounts.
How the work runs
Why does everything happen on Discord?
Because we love Discord and we’re on the platform all the time anyway — so why not have work there too. :) Your team leads, your trainings and your shift channels all live in one place, which means help is never more than a message away.
Is it possible to work 5 days a week?
Unfortunately not. Here you work 6 or 7 days a week, with 6 as the minimum. We may make 5 days possible in the future, but right now that’s the floor.
Can I adjust my shift if something in my schedule changes?
Yes, shifts are adjustable — we just need space in the shift you want. If the morning shift is extremely crowded and the night shift is very empty, we may put you on nights instead.
Is it possible to work overtime?
Not at the moment. Everyone works fixed shifts, so there are no extra hours to pick up. We’re building a system that lets chatters clock in and cover a shift when someone is sick or unavailable — if that goes live, extra hours become possible.
Is there anywhere to go after chatter?
Yes, and in two directions at once. Your pay moves on its own as you get better — nobody has to promote you for your cut to climb. The titles are the other direction: they’re what you take on when you want to run something rather than only work it.
ChatterCommission scales with the account and how well you sell, up to 9.5%. Most chatters pass $2,000 a month after their third. This is the job we hire for.
Team LeaderA team of your own on the accounts doing 50k+ a month, with their conversations to coach the way yours were coached.
TrainerThe six paid training days for every new intake. Everyone who teaches the job here has done the job first.
Money & payouts
How much commission will I earn?
You can earn up to 9.5% in commission. It scales with the account you work and how well you sell, so the better you get, the higher your cut climbs.
What are the payment methods?
We pay out via IBAN / SWIFT bank transfer, wherever you’re based. Some people prefer crypto, so we’re flexible there too.

What if I invest all this time and the job turns out not to be for me?
You’re covered by a $850 security net for your first 30 days. It’s pro-rated, so if you get onboarded and decide after, say, 10 days that this isn’t for you, $283 still gets transferred to you — no matter whether you made sales or not. That’s there for your security: you earn money either way.
Bringing your friends
I already have friends who want to start too — what should I do?
Send them the link: recruitment.chatscaleagency.com. Only do that once you’ve officially been hired though — from that point they can put in your EID when they apply, and you receive a bonus for referring them: 0.5% of all their sales, lifetime.Lifetime means for as long as you are part of the agency yourself.
