• Referral information: If you arrive via a referral link, the referral code is stored in your browser's local storage for up to 7 days to attribute your visit correctly.
• Application data: When you complete an application, we collect the details you provide (such as your name, date of birth, country, email, phone, and Discord username), and, if you choose to record one, a short voice introduction, so we can assess and follow up on your application.
• Usage data: Standard web analytics data such as pages visited, browser type, and device type may be collected via our hosting provider (Cloudflare).
• Advertising and measurement data: We and our advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors find and use our website and to measure and improve our advertising. This may include pages visited and actions taken on our site.

Referral codes stored in your browser's local storage expire automatically after 7 days. Application data is retained only as long as necessary to process your application and for our legitimate recruitment purposes, after which it is deleted. Aggregated country-level statistics do not contain personally identifiable information.
